The Company may introduce clients to potential candidates based on compatibility factors such as lifestyle, interests, personal values, and relationship goals.

However, the Company does not guarantee that a compatible match will be found or that any introduction will result in a romantic relationship, partnership, engagement, or marriage.

Matchmaking services are based on professional judgment and individual preferences, and outcomes cannot be guaranteed.

MATCHMAKING INTRODUCTIONS

Clients acknowledge that the Company may share limited profile information, including photographs and personal descriptions, with potential candidates for the purpose of evaluating compatibility.

Personal contact information such as phone numbers, email addresses, and home addresses will not be shared unless both parties mutually agree to proceed with an introduction.

Clients confirm that they provide consent for their profile and photographs to be presented to potential matches as part of the matchmaking process.

CLIENT INTERACTIONS

The Company does not supervise, control, or monitor interactions between individuals introduced through the Services.

Any communication, meeting, or relationship that occurs after an introduction is solely the responsibility of the individuals involved.

The Company shall not be responsible or liable for the actions, behavior, intentions, or conduct of any person introduced through the Services.

Clients agree to use their own judgment and discretion when interacting with any individual introduced through the matchmaking services.

BACKGROUND CHECKS

The Company may, at its discretion, use third party background check providers to verify certain information provided by clients.

Clients may be asked to consent to criminal background screening as part of the matchmaking process.

Background checks are conducted by independent third party providers, and the Company does not guarantee the completeness or accuracy of such reports.

PAYMENTS AND REFUNDS

All payments for matchmaking services, consultations, coaching sessions, and related packages are final and non refundable.

By purchasing services, clients acknowledge that matchmaking services involve a personalized process and professional effort rather than a guaranteed outcome.

Fees are considered earned once the service process has begun, regardless of the number of introductions provided or whether a relationship develops.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of the Services.

The Company's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Services shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the services or $100 USD, whichever is greater.

DATA STORAGE

The Company stores client information using secure digital systems and cloud based tools designed to protect the confidentiality of client data.

Reasonable technical and organizational safeguards are implemented to protect personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse.

INFORMATION SHARING

The Company does not sell or share client personal information with advertising networks or unrelated third parties.

Information may be shared only in the following circumstances:

• with background check providers for identity or criminal verification
• with potential matchmaking candidates in limited profile form
• with service providers assisting in business operations

Clients may opt out of marketing communications at any time.

DATA RETENTION

If a client chooses to terminate their participation in the Services, the Company may delete the active profile while retaining certain records such as contact information and financial transaction records for administrative, accounting, or legal purposes.

PHOTO AND PROFILE CONSENT

Clients acknowledge and agree that photographs, profile descriptions, and other personal profile details they voluntarily provide may be presented to potential compatible candidates as part of the matchmaking process.

By participating in the Services, clients grant the Company permission to display their profile information and photographs to other potential matches for the purpose of evaluating compatibility.

The Company will not share personal contact information, such as phone numbers, email addresses, or home addresses, without the consent of both parties.

Clients confirm that all photographs and profile information submitted are owned by them or used with proper permission.

CLIENT CONFIDENTIALITY

The Company is committed to maintaining discretion and confidentiality for all clients participating in the matchmaking services.
